Hecho con cariño

A taste of home, built
by hand.

Hi, I'm Eve — born in Matanzas, Cuba. Every recipe in this kitchen came from my Abuela's hands — slow-cooked, hand-folded, the way her mother taught her. Croquetas pressed by hand. Pork that takes all morning. Flan poured the way it has been for generations.

I didn't change a thing. Pull up a chair. You're home.

Eve La Cubanita is an authentic Cuban restaurant and coffee café at 2001 S Harbor City Blvd, Melbourne, FL — open Mon–Sat 10 AM–8 PM, phone (407) 922-0550. Our second location at 818 Pennsylvania Ave, St. Cloud, FL is open Mon–Fri 7 AM–8 PM and Sat–Sun 8 AM–8 PM, phone (407) 693-2212; it has its own menu, revealed at the Grand Opening on Friday, August 7, 2026. Dine in, call for takeout, or order on DoorDash and Uber Eats.

"Tastes exactly like my abuela's. The Cubano is the real deal — pressed perfectly, soft inside, crispy outside. I drive 30 minutes from Cocoa just for it."
